Understanding Each Child's Uniqueness

Each of our children has qualities that make him or her special and different from all other children. Learn ways to identify your child’s temperament, maturity level, the developmental tasks they are working to accomplish, and many other factors that make your child who he is.  Learn how to use this information to create the best environment for your particular child to thrive.

Taming the Anger Monster in Children

Anger is an inevitable part of life and yet can be a frightening emotion.  Children are not born with the knowledge of how to handle their frustrations, disappointments and limitations.  In this workshop, learn ways to cope with your child’s anger and how to help him or her find acceptable ways to express the anger.

Coping with Sibling Rivalry

If there are two or more children in a family there are bound to be times of intense bickering, arguing, and fighting.  Parents can get caught in the crossfire and not know how to help build a loving relationship between siblings whose sole goal in life seems to be to torture each other.  Learn when to leave kids alone to work it out themselves and when and how to intervene.
