CORA Services – a private, not-for-profit organization located in Philadelphia, PA, CORA assists children, youth and families experiencing emotional, academic and social challenges which impede their development and productivity. Services include individual, group and family counseling, educational services, referral assistance, community drug and alcohol prevention educational and treatment, GED and job training, speech services, and psychological services. Better Dads – a non-profit fathering skills organization dedicated to helping people in the community by offering education in areas such as fathering, parenting, mentoring boys, single moms raising boys, healthy masculinity, and family relationships.

Carson Valley Children’s Aid Society – The Norristown Family Center of Carson Valley Children’s Aid (CVCA) provides a weekly father’s program on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. There is no cost to fathers and includes a light dinner. Free onsite childcare can be offered to preregistered young children. In addition, CVCA provides over 29 programs to support children, youth and families in the greater Philadelphia area. Kinds Hearts – provides programs to help fathers maintain healthy connections with their children, including Dadvocates.

The Fatherhood Empowerment Center provides a wide range of fatherhood skill-building training, including “24/7 Dad” designed for all men, “Inside Out Dad” for incarcerated fathers at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility, and “Understanding Dad” for mothers to improve relationships with fathers, for the sake of their children.

National Center for Fathering – a nonprofit educational organization, offers a number of father-friendly resources to help fathers and father figures to be actively engaged in the life of every child.

National Fatherhood Initiative – a national non-profit organization, provides resources to community groups and to fathers to increase fathers’ intentional and proactive engagement in their children’s lives.

Montgomery County Teen Parent Task Force – advocate for the needs and services of pregnant and parenting teens, to work toward reduction of teen pregnancy, and to empower teens to make healthy decisions.
